Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:

Dental professionals registering with DMSS further represent that they hold any required licenses, certifications, and credentials necessary to perform dental services in their applicable jurisdiction.
Scope of Services
Dental Medical Support Services, Inc. provides staffing and workforce support services including, but not limited to:
Temporary staffing placements
Long-term and permanent placements
Matching licensed dental professionals with dental practices
Payroll coordination (as applicable)
Scheduling and placement coordination
Staffing consultation support
DMSS acts solely as a staffing intermediary and workforce support provider. We do not provide dental care, medical services, or clinical supervision.
We do not guarantee:
Specific placement outcomes
Continuous work assignments
Revenue, patient volume, or financial results
Long-term employment
All staffing matches are subject to availability, qualifications, scheduling needs, and mutual agreement between the professional and the office.
Professional Responsibilities
Dental professionals agree to:
Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and credentials
Maintain professional liability insurance if required
Perform services competently and ethically
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws
Maintain patient confidentiality
Arrive prepared and on time for assignments
Professionals are solely responsible for their clinical decisions and conduct while working in dental offices.
Office Responsibilities
Dental offices agree to:
Provide a safe and compliant working environment
Verify patient safety and regulatory compliance
Provide necessary equipment and supplies
Supervise and direct professionals during assignments
Promptly communicate scheduling changes
Offices are responsible for patient care decisions and compliance with applicable healthcare laws.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
DMSS facilitates staffing connections but does not guarantee:
Performance satisfaction
Clinical outcomes
Business results
Ongoing availability of specific professionals
In the event an office is dissatisfied with a placement, DMSS will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, but no guarantee of replacement is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information exchanged in connection with staffing services.

Business operations
Patient information
Compensation details
Internal processes
Patient health information must be handled in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. DMSS does not assume responsibility for HIPAA compliance on behalf of offices or professionals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
DMSS shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Reputational harm
Clinical outcomes
DMSS’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to DMSS for the specific placement giving rise to the claim.
All clinical responsibility rests with the licensed professional and the dental office.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dental Medical Support Services, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of:
Breach of these Terms
Professional negligence
Licensing violations
Regulatory violations
Misuse of services
Website Use
You agree not to:
